Travel scenic Route 138 from Beaupré, and take the Route 362 detour from Baie-St-Paul, with wooded hills interrupted by narrow riverbeds and billowing meadows, ending in harsh cliffs plunging down to the river. Baie-St-Paul is an artists’ colony, and St-Siméon affords visitors numerous opportunities for whale-watching. Domaine Charlevoix, offers hiking, mountain bicycling and sightseeing in 700 acres of wilderness. Terraces and trails afford beautiful views of waterfalls, mountains and the St. Lawrence River.
