Your Canada holiday starts with a departure from London Heathrow on a scheduled Air Canada flight to Vancouver. On arrival a private transfer will be provided to your centrally located hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Vancouver
Explore this harbour city on a 2-day sightseeing pass. Renowned as one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Vancouver is home to spectacular natural scenery with breathtaking views in each and every direction, has a bustling metropolitan core and boasts one of the mildest climates in Canada. Explore the city on the included sightseeing tour visiting Stanley Park, Gastown, and Chinatown. Spend time on Granville Island with its craft workshops and superb restaurants and for a stunning vista of Vancouver and its harbour, take the gondola up Grouse Mountain.
Day 4
Vancouver - Kamloops
Travel onboard the Rocky Mountaineer from Vancouver to Kamloops in the interior of British Columbia. En route you will pass through the fertile Fraser Valley and the scenic Fraser Canyon. one of the canyon's true highlights is Hell's Gate, where you will watch water torrent past the canyon's walls at its narrowest point. Upon leaving the Fraser Canyon, the train will follow the Thompson River to the city of Kamloops. Breakfast & Lunch Included

Day 5
Kamloops to Jasper
Back onboard the Rocky Mountaineer you will follow the Thompson River through rolling plateaus into the snowy peaks of the Monashee and Cariboo Mountains. Pass by Mt. Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies at 3954 meters (12,972 ft), before entering Jasper National Park. Arrive in Jasper late afternoon. Breakfast & Lunch Included

Jasper
A showcase of pearly blue lakes, long ridge-top hikes, canyons and a world-class golf resort, the town of Jasper is a sleepy sanctuary, known as a refuge for bighorn sheep, elk, deer and moose - all of which have been spotted wandering its streets. A trip to the exquisite Maligne Lake, the second largest glacier-fed lake in the Rockies, is well recommended where a cruise will take you past glacier-studded mountain peaks to world-famous Spirit Island. An included excursion is available to Pyramid and Patricia Lakes as well as Maligne Canyon with its sheer limestone walls and narrow gorge.
Day 7
The Icefields Parkway
Travel by sightseeing coach along the Icefields Parkway through the natural splendour of Jasper and Banff National Parks. Glistening glaciers, cascading waterfalls, emerald lakes and alpine meadows dot this awe-inspiring mountain paradise. Stop at the Columbia Icefield and take the included Ice Explorer ride onto the Athabasca Glacier to walk on this huge expanse of ice. Afterwards continue to the turquoise waters of Lake Louise.

Lake Louise
Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Lake Louise. Take a walk around the lake to view the Victoria Glacier.
Days 9-10
Lake Louise to Banff
A short transfer today to Banff, situated on the doorstep of spectacular scenery, Banff nestles amidst the glory of the Canadian Rockies and boasts an attractive main street with numerous cafes and craft shops. Visit the historic hot springs on the included sightseeing tour and stroll along the shore of Lake Minnewanka before ascending Sulphur Mountain on the gondola (payable locally).

Day 11
Banff – Calgary - Montreal
Enjoy a leisurely day before travelling by airporter coach directly to Calgary Airport for your onward flight to Montreal. You will be met on arrival and a private transfer will be provided to your downtown hotel.

Day 12
Quebec City tour
Discover the historical treasures and wonderful “joie de vivre” atmosphere of Quebec City during this full day excursion. Your expert guide provides narration as you tour through the only walled city in North America. Highlights include, the Upper and Lower Towns, the Parliament Buildings, the Plains of Abraham, the Citadel, Chateau Frontenac, Place d'Armes, Quebec National Assembly, the Notre Dame Basilica. A visit to Montmorency Falls, 30 metres higher than the world famous Niagara Falls, is also included in today’s tour. Tour also includes a boat ride and snack in Quebec.
Day 13
Montreal tour
Board a unique coach and begin a fascinating tour of the streets and neigbourhoods of Montreal. An experienced guide reveals the history, hidden charms and architecture of this beautiful city. After winding through the streets of Old Montreal, the amphibious vehicle enters the water and cruises the St. Lawrence with views of Mount Royal and the city skyline.
Day 14
Montreal - Toronto
Depart today from Union Station on a VIA Rail train to Toronto. Your journey takes you along the shores of Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence, passing through the Thousand Islands region and the historic city of Kingston, the original capital of Canada before Ottawa became the seat of Government in the 1840s. On arrival in Toronto, take a short taxi ride to your hotel.

Day 15
Niagara Falls
Departing from your hotel, the Niagara Falls full day tour will bring you to one of Canada’s most spectacular sights. You will make your way to Niagara through the towns of Hamilton - "the steel capital of Canada", St. Catharines - "the fruit basket of ontario", and the wine region of the Niagara Peninsula. An ample amount of time will be spent at the falls to give you every opportunity to take pictures and admire the thundering waters. Included is a thrilling boat ride (seasonal) on the Maid of the Mist for an unique view of the spectacular Horseshoe Falls. Other highlights include a meal and a trip along the beautiful Niagara Parkway which winds its way along the Niagara Gorge passing through the historic community of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Toronto-UK
A leisurely day to explore Toronto. Store your bags with the hotel porter until the late afternoon. Transfer by included Airporter bus to the airport for your overnight flight to the UK.
