Day 1 UK - Seattle Christened "The Emerald City", Seattle is known as one of the most livable cities in the world and actually receives less annual rainfall than New York and Atlanta. Surrounded by lakes, rivers, Puget Sound, and mountains, Seattle is a recreation enthusiasts' dream. Overnight(1): Seattle - Roosevelt Hotel
Day 2 Seattle and cruise departure Further time this morning to continue to explore Seattle. During the afternoon transfer, independently, to the pier in time for the 4 pm cruise departure. Overnights(7): Onboard the Norwegian Pearl
Day 3 Cruise the Inside Passage The calm, protected waters along this 1,000 mile Alaskan 'marine highway' are filled with sea lions, sea otters and migrating whales. on beaches and in coves on shore moose, deer and bears forage for food and in the sky eagles soar.
Day 4 Juneau Visit Juneau during the afternoon.. Accessible only by water and air, wildlife thrives in this stunning frontier landscape. Arrive 1400 depart 2200.
Day 5 Skagway Skagway's development started in 1896, when gold was discovered in a tributary of the Klondike River and tiny Skagway quickly grew to 20,000 residents. By 1900, the White Pass and Yukon Route railway began carrying the more fortunate gold seekers over the mountain pass. The real gold, some say, never left Skagway. It's still there in the matchless golden sunrises and sunsets. Arrive 0700 depart 2100.
Day 6 Cruise Glacier Bay One of Alaska's most dramatic sights. Before you, thousand year old glacial cliffs in shades of white, blue, grey and green rise straight from the sea. Ice slabs, the size of a house, frequently break off and "calve" into the sea in a spectacle of thunder and flying spray.
Day 7 Ketchikan Ketchikan's 19th-century commercial fishing, canning and logging industries drew hearty workers who added a raucous side to the city's history. The infamous restored "red light" district with its bordello-turned-museum is a present-day testament to that era. Arrive 0600 depart.1330.
Day 8 Victoria An evening visit to the capital city of British Columbia. Victoria is situated on the southern tip of Vancouver Island and is world-renowned for its charming ambience. Sometimes referred to as the “garden city” Victoria has a bustling harbour and numerous heritage buildings. Arrive 1800 depart 2400.
Day 9 Arrive Seattle Your cruise ends today when you return to Seattle. Arrival is at about 8 am and disembarkation is during the morning after a leisurely breakfast. Transfer, independently, to your overnight hotel. Overnight(1): Seattle - Roosevelt Hotel
Day 10 Seattle to Toronto Transfer independently to the airport for your flight to Toronto. On arrival you will transfer by private sedan to your centrally located hotel. Overnights(2): Toronto - Courtyard by Marriott.
Day 11 Niagara Falls Departing from your hotel, the Niagara Falls full day tour will bring you to one of Canada’s most spectacular sights. You will make your way to Niagara through the towns of Hamilton - "the steel capital of Canada", St. Catharines - "the fruit basket of ontario", and the wine region of the Niagara Peninsula. An ample amount of time will be spent at the falls to give you every opportunity to take pictures and admire the thundering waters. Included is a thrilling boat ride on the Maid of the Mist for an unique view of the spectacular Horseshoe Falls. Other highlights include a meal and a trip along the beautiful Niagara Parkway which winds its way along the Niagara Gorge passing through the historic community of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Day 12 Toronto Ride the Hippo, Toronto’s newest sightseeing experience. Step aboard the Hippo - an amphibious bus - and enjoy a tour that combines the city’s landmarks with the scenery of the harbour. on land, you will see the CN Tower, legislative buildings, and much more. Then, dive from the hustle and bustle of downtown into the serenity of the Toronto Harbour. Cruise the Harbourfront and take in the views of the magnificent Toronto skyline, including a view of Fort York and Ontario Place. The commentary en route is topical as well as historical and focuses on the heritage of the city. Early evening travel you will be collected and transferred by private sedan to the airport for your overnight flight to the UK.
