| Marcia, Thought I would drop you a line to give you feedback on the holiday we have just returned from. Everything was absolutely fantastic - Canada is such a beautiful country and the agenda of the holiday enabled us to take in so much in what is effectively a whistle stop tour of the Rockies. Every aspect of the trip ran perfectly with all bookings for accommodation and activities running seamlessly. The "compact" car was vast - I don't think they have quite grasped European compact yet and it sure helped eat up the miles in comfort. All hotels were clean and comfortable - we did request a change in Banff due to a lack of curtain/blind in a sky light which meant the dawn sun streamed in. That said the hotel was more than accommodating and actually gave us the honeymoon suite for a night in compensation ! The info pack was invaluable and the maps and directions ensured we remained on track throughout. All activities were excellent - we did require JonView to reconfirm our whale watching booking as struggled with the number supplied but they were there at the end of the line and resolved the issue in minutes and called straight back. I would recommend you try to add "Zip Trekking" to your list of activities - it was our only addition to your agenda in Whistler and was one of the most memorable experiences of the break! Many thanks again - a great holiday and service. Matt Southampton |

| Hi Mike Have just returned from our holiday and can confirm that I did receive a call informing me of the $250 refund. At this time I would like to thank you for the time and effort you put in to making our holiday a good one, (despite the let down with the car which was obviously outside your control, disappointing as we would have liked a large luxury car) The trip was excellent and the programme ran really well. Believe it or not we even had time to fit a few extra activities in!! We enjoyed them, but not sure if my credit card did!! All in all thanks Mike and your team for a excellent holiday which will always be remembered. Regards M & D S Kendal, Cumbria |
