| | | | Dear Mike and crew,
Just a quick note to say thanks for arranging a great tour around the west side
of Canada for us,the only hick-up over the holiday period being our car was not
ready for pick up at the allocated time 9am, we had to wait the best part of the
morning for them to bring one from another depot and clean and check it before
they could hand it over. The rest was terrific all thought the Pacific Inn at
Prince Rupert let things down slightly!!
Once again many thanks and I would not hesitate to recommend or use your
services again.
Kind regards
Chris White
Editor's note: We have addressed our concerns to Hertz and we have changed the 3-star hotel in Prince Rupert. | | By Chris White | | | | ..the area of Canada we visited is a beautiful part of the world and it fully met all our expectations in the sights we saw and the people we met.
As for the organisation of the trip we both can only say one thing - EXCELLENT
The hotels that were selected were very good throughout the whole journey. On arrival at each, we were met by courteous and very helpful staff who assisted us with their local knowledge. Each hotel was situated in a convenient location in the towns enabling us to benefit most facilities during a short stay.
Your instructions for each day were very good and assisted us in travelling into the "unknown". Directions to each hotel was a very good idea for drivers after a long day. With one exception they all worked well.
The organised trips such as whale watching, ferry boats etc. were all handled with friendly efficiency.
The two day stopover in Toronto was a great success. The Niagara Falls day trip was a highlight, well organised with an extremely good and friendly guide.
In closing I can best express my thanks by saying to you Mike and all your team in Holidays2, together with all your Canadian associates JOB EXTREMELY WELL DONE!
With sincere thanks
