Day 1 - UK – Vancouver
Your Canada holiday starts with a departure from London Heathrow airport on a scheduled Air Canada flight to Vancouver. On arrival transfer by private sedan to your centrally located hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Days 2-3 - Vancouver
Renowned as one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Vancouver is home to spectacular natural scenery with breathtaking views in each and every direction, has a bustling metropolitan core and boasts one of the mildest climates in Canada. Enjoy all the city has offer with your included flexible city tour. Highlights of downtown Vancouver, including major attractions, and scenic points of interest. Tickets are valid for two consecutive days, and the convertible clear top buses offer stunning views, rain or shine. Choose to Hop-Off at any of the 20 plus stops, and Hop-On again to continue the tour. Take an up close and personal look at Vancouver’s urban oasis, Stanley Park, have lunch at Granville Island, visit the historical Gastown or the trendy Yaletown, and don’t forget Robson Street to do a little shopping! Highlights of the route include English Bay, Stanley Park, Granville Island, Yaletown, Gastown, Chinatown, Robson Street, and the Entertainment District. Full commentary is offered in English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Mandarin. The tour loop duration is 120 minutes, without hopping off to visit attractions.
Day 4 - Vancouver - Kamloops
Travel onboard the Rocky Mountaineer from Vancouver to Kamloops in the interior of British Columbia. En route you will pass through the fertile Fraser Valley and the scenic Fraser Canyon. one of the canyon's true highlights is Hell's Gate, where you will watch water torrent past the canyon's walls at its narrowest point. Upon leaving the Fraser Canyon, the train will follow the Thompson River to the city of Kamloops. Breakfast and lunch included.

Day 5 - Kamloops to Jasper
Back onboard the Rocky Mountaineer you will follow the Thompson River through rolling plateaus into the snowy peaks of the Monashee and Cariboo Mountains. Pass by Mt. Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies at 3954 meters (12,972 ft), before entering Jasper National Park. Arrive in Jasper late afternoon. Breakfast and lunch included.

Days 6-7 - Jasper
This morning you will collect your car form the Rail Station. A showcase of pearly blue lakes, long ridge-top hikes, canyons and a world-class golf resort, the town of Jasper is a sleepy sanctuary, known as a refuge for bighorn sheep, elk, deer and moose - all of which have been spotted wandering its streets. A trip to the exquisite Maligne Lake, the second largest glacier-fed lake in the Rockies, is well recommended where a cruise will take you past glacier-studded mountain peaks to world-famous Spirit Island.
Day 8 - Jasper – Banff (173 miles)
A superb day of ever changing vistas as today you drive along the Icefields Parkway to Banff. Stop at the Columbia Icefield, the largest accumulation of snow and ice in the Rockies and, weather permitting, why not take the ‘snocoach’ ride onto the Athabasca Glacier to walk on this imperceptibly moving river of ice.

Days 9 – 10 - Banff
Situated on the doorstep of spectacular scenery, Banff nestles amidst the glory of the Canadian Rockies. With a wealth of attractions, ranging from the Hot Springs to the gondola ride to the summit of Sulphur Mountain, Banff boasts an attractive main street with numerous cafes and craft shops. Renowned for its winter activities, Banff is also the summer “gateway” to National Parks and the scenic splendour of the Icefields Parkway.
Day 11 - Banff – Calgary (81 miles)
Enjoy a leisurely drive to Calgary today. Time to visit Canada Olympic Park and view the city of Calgary from the top of the 90 metre high ski jump tower or experience the pioneering days of this area of Alberta by visiting one of the historic parks. Drop your hire car at Calgary Airport in good time for your onward flight to Montreal, where you will transfer by a private sedan to your centrally located hotel.

Days 12-13 - Montreal
Montreal, situated on an island in the St Lawrence River, has been referred to as the ‘Paris of North America’, its history a rich backdrop to its vibrant multicultural life. Montreal has numerous festivals, beautiful botanic gardens, street fairs and innumerable terrace cafés where locals and visitors alike gather to socialize. The lookout on top of Mount Royal presents a superb panorama of the city and the Underground City, linking many buildings and malls, is a shopper's paradise. Enjoy a day's excursion to Quebec City where you'll tour this historic city. A visit to spectacular Montmorency Falls, 30 metres higher than Niagara Falls, is also included.
Day 14 - Montreal – Toronto
Depart Montreal today onboard a VIA Rail train bound for Toronto. The train travels along the shores of the St. Lawrence and Lake ontario, passing many small settlements and the celebrated city of Kingston, the first capital of Canada before the seat of Government was moved to Ottawa in the 1840s, and the Thousand Islands region.

Day 15 - Toronto
With an unmistakable skyline, marked by the CN Tower (the largest freestanding structure in the world) Toronto’s newly renovated Harbour front Centre is the hub of Toronto’s maritime community and the historic Parliament buildings bear witness to the city’s past. You will make your way to Niagara through the towns of Hamilton, "the steel capital of Canada", St. Catharines "the fruit basket of Ontario", and the wine region of the Niagara Peninsula. An ample amount of time will be spent at the falls to give you every opportunity to take pictures and admire the thundering waters. Included is a thrilling boat ride on the Hornblower cruise* for a unique view of the spectacular Horseshoe Falls.
