Day 1 - UK – Vancouver
Your Canada holiday starts with a departure from London Heathrow on a scheduled Air Canada flight to Vancouver - regional flights on request. On arrival a private car transfer will be provided to your centrally located hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 2-3 -Vancouver
Renowned as one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Vancouver is home to spectacular natural scenery with breathtaking views in each and every direction, has a bustling metropolitan core and boasts one of the mildest climates in Canada. Enjoy all the city has offer with your included flexible city tour. Highlights of downtown Vancouver, including major attractions, and scenic points of interest. Tickets are valid for two consecutive days, and the convertible clear top buses offer stunning views, rain or shine. Choose to Hop-Off at any of the 20 plus stops, and Hop-On again to continue the tour. Take an up close and personal look at Vancouver’s urban oasis, Stanley Park, have lunch at Granville Island, visit the historical Gastown or the trendy Yaletown, and don’t forget Robson Street to do a little shopping! Highlights of the route include English Bay, Stanley Park, Granville Island, Yaletown, Gastown, Chinatown, Robson Street, and the Entertainment District. Full commentary is offered in English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Mandarin. The tour loop duration is 120 minutes, without hopping off to visit attractions.
Day 4 - Vancouver - Kamloops
Today travel onboard the famous Rocky Mountaineer train from Vancouver to Kamloops in the interior of British Columbia. En route you will pass through the fertile Fraser Valley and the scenic Fraser Canyon. One of the canyon's true highlights is Hell's Gate, where you will watch water torrent past the canyon's walls at its narrowest point. Upon leaving the Fraser Canyon, the train will follow the Thompson River to the city of Kamloops. On arrival you will be transferred by coach to your overnight hotel. Breakfast & Lunch Included

Day 5 - Kamloops to Jasper
Back onboard the Rocky Mountaineer train you will follow the Thompson River through rolling plateaus into the snowy peaks of the Monashee and Cariboo Mountains. Pass by Mt. Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies at 3954 meters (12,972 ft), before entering Jasper National Park. The train is due to arrive into Jasper late afternoon. Breakfast & Lunch Included

Day 6-7 - Jasper
A showcase of pearly blue lakes, long ridge-top hikes, canyons and a world-class golf resort, the town of Jasper is a sleepy sanctuary, known as a refuge for bighorn sheep, elk, deer and moose - all of which have been spotted wandering its streets. Today enjoy an included excursion where you will experience Jasper National Park by travelling the trails of the early explorers and view the park’s unspoiled grandeur. You will begin along the mighty Athabasca Canadian Heritage River learning about David Thompson and the valley ecosystem. Hike above Maligne Canyon, with its narrow gorge and limestone walls created by 10,000 years of water erosion and visit a place of mystery and Indian legend at Medicine Lake. You are sure to see a variety of mountain wildlife.
Day 8 - The Icefields Parkway
Travel by sightseeing coach along the Icefields Parkway through the natural splendour of Jasper and Banff National Parks. Glistening glaciers, cascading waterfalls, emerald lakes and alpine meadows dot this awe-inspiring mountain paradise. Stop at the Columbia Icefield and take the included Ice Explorer ride onto the Athabasca Glacier to walk on this huge expanse of ice. Afterwards continue to the turquoise waters of Lake Louise.

Day 9 - Lake Louise
Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Lake Louise. Take a walk around the lake to view the Victoria Glacier.
Days 10-11 - Lake Louise to Banff
A short transfer today to Banff, situated on the doorstep of spectacular scenery, Banff nestles amidst the glory of the Canadian Rockies and boasts an attractive main street with numerous cafes and craft shops. Visit the historic hot springs on the included sightseeing tour and stroll along the shore of Lake Minnewanka before ascending Sulphur Mountain on the gondola (payable locally).

Day 12 - Banff – Calgary Airport
Enjoy a leisurely day before travelling by airporter coach directly to Calgary Airport for your overnight flight home.
